Refund Policy
Introduction
At City Builders & Construction Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality construction, renovation, and interior services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments may be refunded or services may be cancelled.
Project Advance Payments
All project bookings require an advance payment as agreed in the official quotation or contract.
• Advance payments are generally non-refundable once project planning and resource allocation have begun.
• In certain cases, partial refunds may be considered depending on the stage of work completed.
Cancellation Before Project Start
If a client cancels the project before work has commenced:
• A partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative, consultation, and planning charges.
• Refund amount will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation After Project Commencement
If cancellation occurs after work has started:
• Refunds will be calculated based on work completed and materials already purchased.
• Costs for labor, materials, and third-party services already engaged will be deducted.
Delay or Force Majeure
No refunds shall be issued for delays caused by:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Supply chain disruptions
• Labor strikes
• Any events beyond our control
Service Modifications
If the client requests modifications during the project:
• Revised quotations may apply
• Additional costs must be approved before execution
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method wherever possible
